OPI was established in 1986 and has worked with hundreds of clients in North America.

OPI utilizes a Business Performance Enhancement (BPE) that is a unique combination of diagnostic techniques, human resource training and development, process engineering technology, organizational development and metrics - all orchestrated to achieve specific results for our clients and assist them in achieving or maintaining a competitive level of "world class" performance. OPI's ability to provide this level of broad-based professional resource support to its clients is based in its: Highly qualified team composed of process and service improvement specialists, information technologists, manufacturing, management systems, engineering, and human resource associates representing over 150 years of functional, industrial and consulting experience. OPI provides a full service approach for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) including human resources, benefits / compensation, recruiting and customer service.

Our representative client base includes pre-IPO's, dot.coms, manufacturing, service, hospitality government, technology, financial, health care, creative, and not for profit. Client engagements are based upon client identified needs that are initially qualified in our pre-project phase, as well as OPI's client business performance analysis phase.

OPI differentiates itself from other firms in our industry in its teaming to install change in our client environments. We diligently work to make the changes happen, by scheduling our time and involvement, so as to not reduce client outputs. All of our staff are experienced in guiding our clients through the change management process at the velocity desired by the client; through client involvement, clear timetables, and developing tools for our clients to perpetuate the improvement for the long term without long term reliance on OPI.
